These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Seed (“Seed”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Seed provides subscription-based product design and frontend development services.
Scope includes:
Product UI/UX design
Landing pages
Shopify improvements
Frontend development (limited)
Scope does not include:
Backend systems or infrastructure
Full custom applications beyond agreed scope
Branding from scratch
We reserve the right to define and limit scope at our discretion.
Subscription & Billing
Services are billed monthly in advance.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
You may pause or cancel at any time.
No refunds for partial billing periods.
If payment fails, work will be paused until resolved.
Request & Delivery Model
Clients may submit unlimited requests.
Work is completed one request at a time (or based on plan tier).
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays may occur based on complexity or unclear requirements.
Communication
All work is handled asynchronously unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing clear instructions
Timely feedback
Delays in communication may impact delivery timelines.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included.
However:
Requests that significantly change scope may be treated as new tasks
Seed reserves the right to re-queue or re-scope work
Ownership & Usage
Upon full payment:
You own the final deliverables
Seed retains the right to:
Showcase work in portfolio or marketing
Reuse non-proprietary elements or frameworks
Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party tools (e.g., Figma, Framer, Shopify, Stripe).
Seed is not responsible for:
Issues caused by third-party platforms
Platform limitations or outages
Limitation of Liability
Seed is not liable for:
Lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Indirect or consequential damages
All services are provided “as is.”
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service if:
Terms are violated
Communication becomes abusive or unproductive
Scope expectations are repeatedly unreasonable
No refunds will be issued upon termination.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
